Organic High Mountain Oolong
Origin Fujian Province, China
Chinese Name Gao Shan Oolong
Description Grown at elevations over 1200 meters this tea spends its days bathed in mist and basking in the sun. After the first rain of the spring rinses the tea it is carefully harvested by hand and then spends the next several days being carefully withered, dryed, rolled and roasted under the watchful eye of the tea master. Once it is done to his satisfaction the tea is then passed on to lucky individuals such as us here at The Whole Leaf.

drinking it now...it is wonderful and makes you feel good all over. :D I have not tried it cold, but it is delicious hot and not sweetened. I love it!

I was introduced to this tea by a coworker; the Organic High Montain Oolong is great tasting hot and cold, sweet or unsweetened. Although I am still learning the health benefits that come with drinking this tea, it is still my personal FAV!
